My Top 5 Dark Red Nail-Varnishes

1. Barry M - Berry Cosmo
At the price of £2.99, this nail varnish from Barry M is the most affordable nail varnish that I have found that actually is good! It has a very smooth consistency which makes it easy to apply and it is very pigmented so you could get away with only one coat!

2. Topshop - Exhibit
Slightly higher in price, at £5, this nail varnish is another of my favourites. Topshop nail varnishes come in a large variety of colours and this one is a perfect deep berry shade for Autumn!

3. Essie - Angora Cardi
Essie is my favourite brand of nail varnish due to the consistency and the colour range of their products! Angora Cardi is a mixture between a darker nude and red shade and it is one of my most worn nail varnishes! At the price of £7.99 it's not too expensive either!

4. Essie - Bahama Mama
Another favourite nail varnish of mine is again from Essie, at the price of £7.99. This is a more purple toned berry shade which is so pretty on the nails. If you wanted to get both these nail varnish shades, superdrug do an offer where you can get 2 Essie nail polishes for £12 (saving you £3.98

5. Nails Inc (Gel Effect) - Kensington High Street
If you want to splurge on a more luxury product, then I would highly recommend a Nails Inc Gel Effect nail varnish. At £15 you most certainly get what you pay for! The nail varnishes are very thick in texture and leave a glossy gel-like finish, hence the name. They also last a long time on your nails as long as you use a good base coat!

Review: Too Faced 'Chocolate Bon Bons' Eyeshadow Palette

Being a typical girly girl myself, I always seem to be drawn to makeup products or brands that have really cute packaging and Too Faced always manages to capture my interest. Having already fallen in love with the original 'Chocolate Bar' palette, I had very high expectations when I heard that Too Faced were bringing out the 'Chocolate Bon Bons' palette.

Initially, the design of the palette was what gripped my attention, being pink and covered in hearts it sounds a dream. Yet inside it's even more beautiful, with an adorable design of the prettiest shadows in the shape of love hearts. However, when I actually used this palette, I was even more impressed. The quality of Too Faced eyeshadows are amazing! They are so easy to blend and the majority of the shades are very pigmented!

This palette contains 16 eyeshadows, including a mixture of mattes and shimmer shades. Two of these shadows are in a rectangular shape, one being a matte cream shade, ideal for a brow bone highlight, and the other being a shimmery champagne shade. I have swatched each of these shadows and attached images showing the colours.

The above image shows the following eyeshadow shades, going in order from left to right: 'Almond Truffle, 'Satin Sheets', 'Sprinkles', 'Molasses Chip', 'Malted', 'Cashew Chew', 'Cotton Candy' and 'Café au Lait'.

The above image shows the following eyeshadow shades, going in order from left to right: 'Bordeaux', 'Mocha', 'Black Currant', 'Dark Truffle', 'Pecan Praline', 'Totally Fetch', 'Earl Grey' and 'Divinity'.

At the price of £39, this palette is situated on the higher end of the makeup spectrum, but if you're looking to invest in a new eyeshadow palette, I would highly recommend this one! It has not failed to disappoint.
